HOW DOES IT WORK?

Coaching functions in a two phase process.

Break In

Intake: Once you schedule your complimentary call, I'll send you an intake form to complete in order to assess your needs, goals, and learn more about you. From here, you will complete purchase of the package that suits your goals.

Questionnaire: In two thorough questionnaires including a holistic health and lifestyle assessment, I'll assess your fitness and physical readiness for training, your lifestyle, and your overall health and wellness.

Reset: Implement preliminary exercise, mind-set and emotional tools to prepare for rigorous training and lifestyle transformation.

Build

Program: After one week, I will have your program and plan complete and ready to begin following. At this point, we will have an intensive consultation and prepare for coaching.

Implementation: Implementing your plan and program will require diligent shifting and habit reforming. Over the first couple days, we work closely to integrate new exercises, set clear training schedules and start you off strong.

Adjustment: Based on your success and progress, making adjustments to your programming or plan is vital to either expedite progress faster than anticipated. 

Intensive: Weekly, daily and bi-weekly consulting. Each week I provide you with homework and mental focuses to orient your journey and keep you on track. We check in weekly by email, and bi-weekly we consult over phone or video.

I didn't feel that she gave me a recycled program that is given to everyone, I felt that it was tailored to me.  Cydnie is the most supportive trainer I've ever encountered. I suffer from significant mental illness and had a difficult time in the first 2 weeks of training and was unable to train the way I had hoped.
