Top 5 Foods to Lose Weight

When it comes to weight-loss, nutrition is the most imperative and ultimately defining factor in achieving healthy, sustainable results. Eating the correct food is essential for over-all health improvement just as much as it is essential for weight-loss.  Improving your health is like healing your body. Through this healing our bodies will naturally regenerate our cells and the extra weight will begin to decline. 

Below I've divided various whole foods, herbs and supplements into categories and have listed my top five favourite selections for weight-loss. I ate from this list while I was preparing for a photo shoot just to loose excess water and to burn more calories and found I was still very energetic, full and could workout just as hard.


There are more food items I could include as healthy eating should not be limited.  I will aim to have another post with more in-depth items and explanations hopefully in the coming weeks. This list is meant to give you an idea of how to select the most ideal food to achieve your desired weight-goal.
